My name is Dajon McKinnie-Shaw. I am a fitness junkie! My journey started off in high school. I played 3 years of football in Highland Park Michigan, then traveled to Iowa where I continued my football career at William Penn University (WPU). I played 4 years of football and 2 years of track and field. I was a track and field national qualifier and I also hold 5 strength and conditioning records at WPU. I graduated WPU with a BA in Exercise Science then joined CrossFit Kilo2, where I am currently interning and studying to receive my certification in becoming a health coach & personal trainer through The American Council on Exercise (ACE).
