ShawFit with Dajon
Join Dajon Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6pm in our Fitness Studio. ShawFit is a combination of body weight, cardiovascular, resistance, and moderate weight training that focuses on movements to help crush personal goals in a high energy and fun environment.
Classes are open to both members and non-members. Members: are FREE; Non-Members: $10.00 a session.
Senior Functional Fitness (62+) with Tom
Join Tom for Senior Functional Fitness on Tuesday's and Thursday at 9:30AM in our Fitness Studio. Senior Functional Fitness will help build strength and fitness to do normal everyday chores like using a step stool, stepping over obstacles, walking for cardiovascular health, sitting in and getting out a chair, and accident prevention. We will also add practices based on suggestions from the participants. This class will target balance, joint and grip strength, lower body stability, arm and shoulder strength and endurance with proper breathing techniques through the use of light weights, bands and chairs.
Classes are open to seniors (62+) members and non-members. Members are FREE; Non-Members: $5.00 a session.
Spin Classes with Ella
Join instructor Ella (Feldman) Trumm, Monday at 5:45 pm or Tuesday/Thursday at 5:45 am
Spinning provides a full body workout for all people of all ages. It is gentle on the joints which is great for people with sore knees or achy backs. The varying intensity levels throughout the class provides a great cardio workout as well as strength training. Spin classes targets and tones the thighs, glues, hamstrings and core.
Class passes are required for this class. Members: are $40 (5 punch) Non-Members: $50 (5 punch) Passes are available at the Front Desk
Taekwondo with Curtis Long
Join HIP Martial Arts and 4th Degree Black Belt Instructor Curtis Long for Taekwondo! Ages 4-7 Wed night at 6:15-6:45 pm and Saturday 8:30-9:00 am. Ages 8 and up Wed night 6:45- 7:30 pm and Saturday 9:00 -9:45 am.
Classes are open to both members and non- members. $50 per student $40 for each family member after that.
